Checkl.io keeps records of routines so you don’t have to carry them in your head. That only works if you can trust where those records live. This page says, in plain language, what we store and what we do with it.

What we store

Your account: name and email address, handled by our sign-in provider. Your content: the routines you write down, the runs and checks they produce, and the workspaces and members you invite. That’s the product — we store it so it’s there when you need it.

Who can see your records

The people you invite to a workspace, and nobody else. Records are not public, not shared between workspaces, and not used to score or profile anyone. We look at your content only if you ask us to (for support) or the law requires it.

Who processes it for us

Four services run Checkl.io, and each sees only what its job needs: WorkOS (sign-in and workspace invitations), Convex (the database that holds your routines and records), Netlify (serves the website), and Sentry (error reports when something breaks). We don’t sell your data, and we don’t run advertising or third-party tracking.

Your choices

Want a copy of your data, or want it gone? Write to hello@checkl.io and we’ll delete your account and its data. If this page changes in a way that matters, the date above changes with it.
